Admission

ADMISSION:

Children who completed 3 years in September are eligible for nursery admission. Admissions are based on the availability of seats every year. Admission fees once paid will not be refunded.

Admission Procedure

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
  1. Nursery, LKG, UKG and Std: 1
  2. Application forms will be issued in the month of January.
  3. At the time of admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the administrative office.
  • duly filled in & signed registration form
  • latest passport size colour photographs of the child (2 copies)
  • Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation
  • Aadhaar card of child & parents (Xerox attested)
  • Transfer certificate (in the case of Std 1 to VIII).
  • Progress report from the previous school. (In the case of Std 1 to VIII).
  • Caste certificate.( if the student belongs to reserved category)
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Passport size photo of father& mother ( 1 copy each)

Fees Procedure

FEES PROCEDURE:

School fees is collected in four instalments. It is to be paid before 30th of 1st month of every term.

1. 1st quarter 1st June – 15th August (3months)
Due date Before 30th of August
2. 2nd quarter 16th August – 15th October(3months)
Due date Before 30th of October
3. 3rd quarter 16TH October- 15th December(3months)
Due date Before 28th of December
4. 4th quarter 16th December -15th March (3months)
Due date Before 15th of March
